Comprehensive Examination: The next step is a thorough physical examination. I start by assessing your posture, as it often reveals a lot about underlying issues. From there, we’ll look at your movement patterns – how you move can tell us a lot about potential problems. Lastly, I will perform specific palpation and orthopedic tests. This comprehensive approach helps me to pinpoint both functional issues and specific tissue concerns, leading to an accurate diagnosis.

By the end of this visit, we’ll have a clear understanding of your health status and a plan to move forward towards your wellness goals.

If we need to go further I will refer you for an EOS X-ray. This technology is an advanced imaging system that provides high-quality, detailed skeletal images using a low dose of radiation. This technology captures simultaneous full-body images in a natural standing position, which is especially beneficial for assessing posture and alignment.
